At The Luggage Center, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The cost is $12.95, and delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery usually takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship your item to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Process

Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow the following time for your refund to be reflected:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item once the returned item is received and processed.
