At The Luggage Center, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The cost is $12.95, and delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery usually takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.
- Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship your item to the address provided in the instructions.
- Wait for Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow the following time for your refund to be reflected:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item once the returned item is received and processed.
