Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship your item to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Process

Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow the following time for your refund to be reflected:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item once the returned item is received and processed.
